All the rugs are woven at a small family-owned weaving mill in Sweden. You can see the intricacies of every weave when you look at the rugs up close. They have a smooth yet defined texture, and their plastic material makes them ideal for different types of indoor and outdoor settings.

About the designer: Pappelina was created in 1998 when Swedish designer Linda Rickardsson started weaving out of her basement. The company quickly won recognition across the globe for plastic rugs and now Pappelina rugs are considered a modern classic. Other products have been added to the Pappelina family, but its claim to fame was the plastic rug and continues to be the company’s best selling product. Pappelina aims to retain the design, materials, and production in Sweden.
