New Designs by Joel Berman
Earlier this month at NeoCon, Joel Berman studio introduced three new glass panel designs for 2013.
Joel Berman’s new glass panel designs are full of dynamic pattern and three dimensional texture.
Inspired by the dynamic expression of spotlights illuminating a stage, Centro is a geometric patterned glass offered in eight signature Berman colourways and three different scales. Made using a permanent ceramic frit printing technology, the structured and linear design is suitable for hospitality applications such as divider walls, sliding doors, room panels and privacy screens. Centro can also be used in exterior applications.
Olivia is a new kiln cast, curvaceous glass pattern that features a replicating pattern that subtly reflects light. Made up of two opposing circles, the design resembles ripples on the surface of water. ideal for active hospitality, corporate and retail environments, Olivia canbe back-painted in many colors to suit specific color schemes in designed spaces.
Tessella is a kiln cast glass pattern that explores the application of a three-dimensional texture in a tessellated pattern. Consisting of a series of tiled geometric shapes that intersect with one another to create a riveting and organic pattern. The curvature of the glass reflects light creating a dance-like movement in the design. Ideal in the hospitality, corporate commercial and retail environment, each panel can be custom fabricated and colour matched to fit any interior requirement.
