New Zealand-based designer David Trubridge has created a bamboo pendant lamp called Manuka for Canadian brand, Bloom Lighting Group.

The Manuka pendant lamp by David Trubridge for Bloom Lighting Group features a spherical framework of interconnecting star shapes.

Part of a wider collection of lamps by Trubridge for Bloom Lighting Group, the Manuka is inspired by the Manuka tree -a species that is indigenous to New Zealand. The lamp is created with delicate, five-pointed shapes that resemble the plant's blossoms. Available in two sizes, this pendant is made of bamboo plywood from sustainably managed plantations and finished with organic natural oils.
