INK by Arborite
Montreal based laminate company, Arborite, debuted its latest line, INK at NeoCon this year. The INK collection features patterns designed by outside designers with deep experience in their specific fields: Gonzalo Bustamante of GBDW (hospitality); Peggy Leung of PLD Studio (retail); and Giona Maiarelli of Maiarelli Studio (graphics).
The fresh and contemporary patterns are unique to Arborite and unlike other laminates available on the market.
According to Arborite President, Salvatore Rivera, "At Arborite, we are committed to innovation and collaboration. This collection gave us the opportunity to do both. We are excited to launch new patterns, designed by designers for designers, that are ideally suited to the market segments which are important to Arborite's growth."
Gonzalo Bustamante’s (GBDW) Corcho is inspired by the cork production in Spain and Portugal. The circular, geometric pattern is accented with the cork texture throughout. Corcho is available in two colors, Natural and Azul.
Peggy Leung (PLD Studio) designed Random. Inspired by mosaic tiles, the pattern is is both classic and contemporary in style. Random is available in bold Red and subtle Gray.
Pyne by Giona Maiarelli (Maiarelli Studio) is a playful reinterpretation of a wood grain. The hand-drawn lines in vibrant colors create a versatile laminate that is both smart and tongue-in-cheek. Pyne is available in inverse colors Purple and Orange.
The Arborite INK patterns feature oversize repeats, available in standard 4' x 8' panels with no minimum order. Custom colors are available upon request.
