New Lamps from B.lux by Werner Aisslinger and More
At last month’s Euroluce show in Milan, lighting manufacturer B.lux Group presented its latest designs for decorative, architectural, and exterior lighting, including a new collaboration with German designer Werner Aisslinger.
The new collection also includes designs by David Abad and Marco Bisenzi
The second collaboration between Aisslinger and B.luxe, the Hoodie lamp has a 1960s-inspired shape available as a table, floor, or wall light. Its base acts as a reflector to create soft ambient light. Available in white, beige, and black, the floor and table versions have matching fabric cables.
Evocative of traditional Scandinavian design, the Phicollection is manufactured as a table, floor, wall, or ceiling lamp, as well as in three suspension lamp sizes. Like the Hoodie lamp, Phi is a new collection that is part of B.lux’s expanding Deco line.
The Catalan designer David Abad present his latest contemporary lighting designs at Euroluce: the Pine table, floor, and suspension lamps, the Deep Cove technical lighting system, and the Deep R and Flask projector lamps. Abad will also present several outdoor lamps at Euroluce, including AMS and Protor.
Euroluce is also emphasizing LED technology in 2013, with the Calc and Aktis lamps, designed by the Italian lighting designer Marco Bisenzi, who also designed the LED-equipped Cantharellus lamp and the Round, available in Chrome, Glass, and Transparent versions, collection.
New work by Josep Lluis Xuclà includes the Junko and Magnet outdoor light beacons. A new suspension lamp, Grand Canal, represents the B.lux Group’s first collaboration with Madrid-based architecture firm Moneo & Brock.
