Treasures of the Mediterranean by Sina Pearson
Just in time for the new spring / summer season, Sina Pearson Textiles has launched its latest high performance textile collection - Treasures of the Mediterranean. Inspired by Moorish and Byzantine churches, buildings, streetscapes and interiors, the new collection features two patterns in a total of seventeen colorways.
Sina Pearson Studio’s new Alhambra and Mosaic high performance textile designs are inspired by the Moorish and Byzantine architecture found in the Mediterranean.
is a large scale geometric design that abstractly references the famous columns and arches of classic Moorish architecture. Available in a variety of soft neutrals and jewel tones, the palette references varicolored Moorish tile work and ornate stone carvings.
Mosaic is the small-scaled complement to Alhambra, with a luminous diamond motif that recalls the reflective surfaces of intricate Byzantine church mosaics.
Made of a sustainable blend of post-consumer recycled polyester and solution-dyed nylon, the new patterns are sustainably woven in the United States. Exceedingly durable, eco-friendly, colorfast, stain-repellant and bleach-cleanable, the new collection is ideal for residential, contract, hospitality, healthcare and institutional applications.
The new collection is available to design professionals and to consumers through a selected group of showrooms and retailers. For more information visit www.sinapearson.com or call 212.366-1146.
