Color Glass Marker Boards by Bendheim
Everyone wants to make their mark, but sometimes we want to erase our mark, too. Architectural glass manufacturer Bendheim has the solution: a bright new line of decorative marker boards available in nine standard colors as well as in unlimited custom shades.
"Electric hues reminiscent of the ’70s mod vibe and the opulence of the ’80s are back in style," says Steven Jayson, Vice President of Bendheim
The boards are created for use with standard dry-erase markers and erasers, with a glass surface that resists stains from even permanent markers. Bendheim can temper or laminate the glass for added safety in a range of environments from schools to offices and restaurants.
The company can also create custom markerboard colors for designers using a proprietary VOC-free back-painting process that uses environmentally friendly water-based, isocyanate-free paints. Standard colors include harlequin green, citrine, zesty orange, exuberant violet, black, brilliant white, warm grey, shimmering white metallic, and silver metallic. The 1/4-inch-thick boards are available in sizes up to 60 by 120 inches. Edge grip attachments, J channels, standoff attachments, or neutral cure silicones can be used for installation.
