From showers to storage, this year the Canadian-based company rolled out designs for baths in a range of styles and sizes

Joël Dupras’s latest design for Wetstyle is based on the shape of a blossoming tulip, the tub fosters two ergonomic sitting positions with room for a pair of bathers. The softly curved rim serves as a headrest and the collection includes a matching vessel sink.

Couture collection

Inspired by the delicate architecture of seashells, the Couture Collection soaker tub is designed with an asymmetrically sloping rim to recall the shape of a rolling ocean. Designed by French Canadian industrial designer Patrick Messier, designer of Wetstyle’s Be Collection, only 2,000 of the limited-edition tubs will be produced.

Frame storage collection

Designed with the traditional Japanese principles of minimalism and functionality, the Frame storage collection incorporates a range of materials and finishes with innovative functional solutions—some of them are even hidden, adding to the design’s sense of surprise to the collection.

Wetmar FR contract-grade composite

The company has also released a new composite material called Wetmar FR. Formulated with Wetstyle’s patented Wetmar material, the FR line was created for large-scale, multi-unit projects like condos and hotels. According to the company, the composite material exceeds fire and smoke spread rating requirements mandated by CAN-ULC S102.2, and is offered in three finish options; the trademarked Wetstyle True High Gloss, Matte, and a new semi-gloss Satin finish.
