Clip Table by Komplot Design for Fora Form
The rounded edges of a paper clip’s rectangular spiraling figure offers a solution to holding together various papers. This would fall under the “fastening” side of what a clip might be. The other side to clipping something is, you guessed it, “trimming”. While it’s rare to find a piece of furniture that does both, I love that the Norweigan manufacturer of Fora Form worked with Komplot Design to do exactly that with their Clip table.

Stackable Tables Offer Variety to a Classroom or Office Layout
Before revealing the durable and aesthetic qualities of their modular table system, Fora Form begins by saying how the Clip “is a functional stackable table system designed for large meeting places as assembly halls, auditoriums, conference rooms and dining areas”. Great for large spaces or small, the tables stack so neatly on top of their transport dolly that the 47.2″ long and 31.5″ wide Clip tables just about resemble a clown car when separated and spread into rows, a circle, a square, or a long conference-style table.
Made out of lightweight materials throughout, the high pressure laminate top and chrome legs can be easily managed by one person. That said, teachers can fasten them together into a stacked unit without worrying that they’ll topple over. By stacking, this also keeps the legs “locked” together by using the difference of the leg widths on each end. To take them apart, simply pull the slimmer side off of the tables beneath.
Easy to manage, fasten together in multiples, or pull apart into shortened tables, the fervor surrounding the stackable Clip tables for Fora Form grows with customized approach into your space.
