Piece it Together: Puzzle by Sauder Educational
Whenever furniture companies that manufacture modular pieces claim their collection offers "endless possibilities," I wish my math were far superior, so I could indeed work out how just many combinations constitute endlessness. In lieu of improving my quantitative skills, I simply have to take their word for it. Given the many photographs and suggested plans proposed by Sauder Educational, I trust that Puzzle, their modular collection of lounge seating, does grant a plethora of possible configurations with only a quintet of pieces.

Five Pieces, Endless Possibilities
Puzzle is like an architectural alphabet soup. Each of the collection's five products comes with a letter label: A is the chair with table and upholstered arm, B is the chair with table arm, C is the chair with upholstered arm, D is the chair, and E is the table ottoman. Put the letters together and you "open a world of new possibilities, ranging from sectionals to study nooks." More options are available with choices such as metal or wood legs, upholstered or surface tables, and welt or no welt fabric finishing.
Each piece is designed to accommodate student lounging or studying. For example, Puzzle's upholstered arms are wide enough to hold a pad of paper; its Stationary Thermoform table arm provides durability for students; its high-quality foam provides plush comfort; and its interlocking components make for easy replacement.
Students are notoriously good at destroying the furniture in common areas, but Sauder Educational knows this. The company's 25-year warranty gives colleges and universities some peace of mind. Another assurance is provided by the modularity of Puzzle, which "can be designed in almost any way imaginable both before and after you order."
