The Cash Collection of Cuirs Leather Wallpaper by Élitis
We wear it, we sit on it, we carry our money in it. The leather we trust is a flexible hide, tanned to perfection and ready to prove its durability in any application. A French company called Élitis has come up with a series of wallpaper prints that appear to be genuine stretched leather that they call the Cuirs Leathers line, and one of the coolest prints is the Cash Collection.

The Cash Collection of Cuirs Leather Wallpaper by Élitis Infuses Warmth and Spun Prints Together for a Totally Unique Wall Treatment.
“Leather, praised since the beginning of humanity for its warmth and protective qualities, is now a highly desired product for haute couture designers, and has always fascinated its aficionados,” shares the Élitis website of its Cuirs Leather line. “A full grain effect with a sensual or suede feel is presented in all essential genuine leather colors.” The Cash Collection in particular uses two-toned colorings to create a unique paisley print that comes as warm or as cool as you like it, with popular warm maroon/red and cool white/black combinations.
Over a dozen colors are listed in the Cuirs Leather line up. Each roll is 10mL x 0.70mW and made from vinyal on a non-woven base . With several other patterns such as the Seville, Kilim, and Zip that use totally different color make-ups to enrich the design, the possibilities and visual effects of the Cash Collection take on a warm, whimsical feel in comparison with more rigid or ethnic styles. Elitis says of the large patterns, like the Cash, “(they) remind us of Cordovan leathers, South American Pampa or African designs which extol its multicultural, multi-ethnic origins.”
Beautiful tear drop shapes with slight modifications to the paisley design on this leather-like material set apart the Cuirs Leather Cash Collection print by Elitis from the competition.
About the Manufacturer: Élitis offers colorful and innovative wallpapers, wall coverings, textiles, etc. Their worldly philosophy on cultural and ethnic appreciation has been carried through into their fabrics and furniture. This concept has even been extended to the organization of the company where there is no traditional hierarchy, using the heart and driving force of the business to inspire many aspects of their business – often looking to fashion, film, photography, art, architecture and travel.
