The Boheme Collection by Tai Ping Carpets
Whenever a company lists their business as one which has to do with jets or yachts, I want to know all about them. Since most modes of transportation are like an old shoe to us city people – buses, cars, walking, and city biking – a jet and a yacht are the exotic species of the crew that we simply cannot learn enough about. Tai Ping has created a new Boheme Collection that may or may not sport itself under your feet on your next luxurious outing.

Inspired by “Glamorous Globetrotting”, 19 Different Patterns Come to Life in the Boheme Collection by Tai Ping Carpets
Full of gorgeous combinations of colors and patterns, Tai Ping’s international acclaim comes to life with the inspiration being “Glamorous Globetrotting”. Their client list includes hotels, private offices and homes in addition to their jets and yachts (I just had to say that again) but being versatile in nature, the mixes of abstract shapes and bright color combinations of blue, green, yellow, rose, black and plenty of shiny effects seem to fit in wherever they are prompted to lie.
Perfectly descriptive of bohemian style, the 19 different carpets are said to be inspired by “everything from folkloric embroideries and Portuguese needlepoint to expressive brushstrokes and exuberant tie-dye patterns”. They were created by Yasmina B. Kossmann, Director of Design for Tai Ping and her team of designers, as a collection that is based on the study of the color palettes, styles, and traditions of Portugal, Sardinia, Turkey, South Africa, India, Brazil, and other countries around the world.
Meaning “Great Peace” in China, Tai Ping Carpets came to life in 1956 as a handmade carpet company that specialized in custom-carpet designs. They own and operate everything from their own factories to design ateliers and showrooms, offering a brand that is looked to for the highest quality and most exquisite offerings for the home, office, jet, yacht, and hospitality sector.
