Pretty in Perla: Pintura’s Latest Color-Coated Sheet Glass by Pulp Studio
Do you appreciate the feel of a little pulp? I’ve never understood those who don’t. It’s like eating chicken nuggets instead of a fresh chicken breast, or like the difference between real and synthetic leathers. Call me old-fashioned in my own right, but for all of you no-pulp people, I guarantee we see eye-to-eye on the new Perla glass by Pulp Studio.
Perla. Designed by Pulp Studio.
Part of the Pintura collecton, Perla is a new addition of color-coated sheet glass products that adds to the long list of Pulp Studio designs. Different than most, the Perla is unique because it contains a coating that reflects slightly – just like a mirror. Although it may not be as clear as a wall mirror, Perla can be applied directly to the wall or in a back-to-back laminated version for glass partitioning. Another cool characteristic of the Perla is its standard and custom color offerings that can be used in both residential and commercial interiors.
As I mentioned before, Pulp Studio is the real deal – they offer unlimited design options in laminated glass that includes their fiber series line, textures line, colorlites line, graphics line, photographic elements line and a smattering of other substrates. Since they value the desire of each individual client, they’ll increase the level of opacity or transparency to the exact degree of your liking, not to mention the obvious fact that each piece of Pulp Studio glass is fabricated individually to size, again, based on the client’s wishes.
From orange juice to color-coated sheet glass, pulp comes in many forms. Knowing that your glass products come from a studio in Los Angeles devoted to maintaining a real connection to your project wishes is not a difficult idea to swallow.
