Manufactured by placing a thin layer of foil between the HPL, or laminate backer, the magnetic bond is created with magnets on its surface. The Magnetic Laminates collection of eight different styles can help to create hubs where visual messages find their place. Look to the HPL Magnetic Board (#150) for a mellow brown tone that is paintable and great for projection. The classic Black Magnetic Chalkboard (#151) serves its purpose as it states, as does the White Gloss Magnetic Dry Erase (#152). But if going out on a limb is more your thing, try a deep shade of warm green they call their Green Magnetic Chalkboard (#154). As a simple solution to projection and magnetic surfaces – that can be used with dry erase if cleaned frequently – the White Satin Magnetic (#153) or Gray Satin Magnetic (#155) are subtle tones with a sheen. Besides the Custom Laminate Magnetic options available in a wide assortment of metal and aluminum tints, the last couple of Chemetal Magnetic Laminates are the Almond Gloss Magnetic Dry Erase (#159) and Lime Gloss Magnetic Dry Erase (#157) that serve as both a dry erase and magnet board.
