Logica Kitchen System by Valcucine
What's so "Logica" about Valcucine's new modular kitchen system? How about infinite re-arrangement possibilities to user's taste and whims; an ultra-durable surface that uses scratch-resistant nanotechnology; and a retractable hood that covers the whole digs with the mere push of an index finger. It's fortuitous that I just came across Logica. For only two days ago, I got into a bit of a knock-down, drag-out regarding the up-sell value of remodeling a kitchen with granite and stainless. Though I'll stick to my guns and continue to insist that stainless appliances and granite countertops are always a good investment, Logica's nano-tech and glass might pose some formidable competition.
Logica. Designed by Valcucine.
The Logica System consists of a long, rectangular countertop space, punctuated only by a neat quintet of gas burners, with drawer space below and open glass-shelving/cabinetry up top. The system enables a clutter free workspace, since the shelving can be set at nearly any height. And the easy access from the counter enables effortless put-away-a stark contrast to low cabinetry that requires squatting (or worse, bending) to remove and return cooking accoutrements. Logica will thus help you say goodbye to those perpetual offenders of countertop clutter: microwave, radio, knife block, coffeemaker, blender, 1.5 Liter bottle of Bacardi Rum...
So perhaps that last item is a stretch for most. But, hypothetically speaking, if you were the type to have such an eyesore out in plain view, Logica could certainly handle it for you. And if you really wanted to hide things away, there's always the counter-length hood that obscures plates, glasses, can openers, cutting boards, et al. beneath a proud expanse of gleaming chrome.
