This year’s Grand Prize winner is the RBM of Atlanta installation by The Zenner Group. The project featured a 3form Wave Wall ceiling feature in a Mercedes Benz showroom. Zenner was challenged to replace 20-year-old suspended metal slats, and the designers answered the call with a showstopping overhead expanse.

Taking home the First Place prize in the Interior category is the Vivre installation by the Leo A. Daly Company. Spanning two floors, this dramatic lighting feature in Omaha sent the People’s Choice vote-meter sky-high.

The First Place prize in the Exterior category is the WHYY Public Media building in Philadelphia, which was designed by KSS Architects in collaboration with Barbara J. Sales and Hunter Douglas Facades. The 144 translucent white Koda XT panels are lit by more than 7,000 LED nodes. The white screens work individually or collectively to project images or videos that span the entire building facade.

Voters also chose second and third place winners for both interior and exterior categories, while experts at 3form selected more than a dozen honorable mentions for recognition.

The Grand Prize winner will receive a trip to Salt Lake City to tour the 3form showroom and take advantage of some of the country’s best snow, along with a selection of 3form products. Additional prize packages were awarded to first, second and third place contestants.
