WHITEVoid by Christopher Bauder for PHILIPS

Berlin-based Christopher Bauder has teamed up with PHILIPS to design WHITEVoid, a beautiful modular system of light installation by using OLED’s. The LivingSculpture 3D module system consists of a base plate and connecting rods with the fine thin OLEDs at their ends. A plug-and-play system controlled through an iPad allows for the customer to create completely new magic light arrangements remotely and dive into an ocean of light. Bauder has chosen a wavy arrangement in the design of his example installation, which reflects the flexibility and delicate impression of OLEDs.
