HGA Architects and Engineers has won the IIDA Northland Member’s Choice FAB Award for the new AgriBank offices in downtown St. Paul, MN. Sponsored by the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) Northland Chapter, the 2012 FAB Awards recognize “Fresh, Artistic and Brilliant” interior design work. The Member’s Choice Award was selected by IIDA peer designers as their top project across all FAB entries.
AgriBank’s offices in Wells Fargo Place reflect a new workplace approach and strategic image change for the venerable financial institution.
Interior planning encourages cross-functional collaboration. Open work stations, teaming stations and multi-purpose break and lounge areas enable team members to share expertise—a decided departure from their former “siloed” offices. A key design feature is a three-story communicating staircase that promotes connection and informal conversations between colleagues across departments.
