HGA Architects and Engineers has relocated to expanded offices in Santa Monica, CA, this week to accommodate its growing practice serving healthcare, higher education and cultural clients.

The new office is located in a three-story commercial building at 1918 Main Street, Santa Monica, between Pico Boulevard and Bay Street, two blocks from the Pacific Ocean. Accessible to the Santa Monica Freeway and public transportation, the 8,500-square-foot office occupies the building’s 3rd floor. The open office includes expansive windows that take advantage of ocean views and natural ventilation. Flexible work stations allow designers to form collaborative, client-focused teams.
HGA has been located at Century City since 2001, when the Minneapolis-based firm acquired Wou & Partners (formerly Ross/Wou International) as part of its West Coast expansion. HGA has approximately 600 professional staff members in six national offices. The Los Angeles office has grown by nearly 20 percent in the past two years, a key part of the 125-person California practice.
