The Maison Martin Margiela wallcoverings feature trompe l’oeil, reinterpreted motifs, optical illusions and a variety of textures.

Made in collaboration with Belgian wallcoverings brand Omexco, the collection has been built around five themes: La Paseine – a photograph of Tuscan limestone digitally printed onto mica dust; La Mosaique – an 18th century-inspired geometric marble mosaic print; Le Rideau – a trompe l’oeil of a typical Maison pattern, screen printed onto a textile wallcovering; Le Point de Croix – a classic cross-stitched bouquet of flowers, screen printed onto a non-woven wallcovering; and L’Optique – a deformed herringbone motif.

Made from recycled fibers and printed using solar energy, the papers will be on sale from May through selected home decorating stores worldwide.
