French Colors in a Modern Acrylic Bathtub: The Casting by Allia

The French know how to tie the perfect silk scarf and eat a croissant without the flakes crumbling into their lap. In my humble opinion, the the essence of good style is seen through and through in all they do, almost like the color of a colored, translucent bathtub that the French company, Allia, made. Simple yet with a fashionable zest, they call it their Casting bathtub.

Modern and Brightly Colored, the Casting Bathtub by Allia Takes Red, White and Blue Into the Whirlpool

If not for the brilliant shades of red and blue that quickly grab our attention among the three colors of acrylic offered within the Casting collection, we might not realize the properties that differ between a normal tub and the glossy white acrylic that is also offered. I find it curious that the colors offered are the same colors as the flag of France (and that of the United States), but you never know – the staggering trio might be nothing more than a coincidental choice by Allia designers instead of the conscious decision to distinguish itself as a French brand.

The supporting system is made using a metal construction that adds a degree of authenticity and an almost industrial vibe to the project. With fourteen nozzles and two separate massage systems to choose from, the mechanical elements of the Casting is almost as extravagant as the the look that has drawn us all in. It will make quite the statement in any bathroom not only for the semi-transparency of its material and the colors offered, but also for its size that measures a grandiose 75.8″ x 37.6″ x 23.6″ (192.5cm x 95.5 cm  x 60 cm).
