Knoll Executive: A Desk Ahead of Its TimeSeptember 27, 2017
With an impossibly slim worktop of an MDF core and wood veneer, the Executive Desk embraced negative space and re-defined an executive’s role: “Believing that an executive’s desk should be a tool to facilitate communication, Knoll designed it to serve as both a desk and table in order to promote collaboration.”
Features include pencil-thin pencil drawers of solid maple; heavy-gauge welded steel frame and legs; and a four star base with adjustable steel glides and chrome finish.
Knoll offers multiple options for the worktop veneer: mahogany, ebonized or natural oak, walnut, teak, and rosewood. The KnollStudio logo and Florence Knoll’s signature are stamped into the table’s base, assuring authenticity.
