Shadowbrook Faucet by DXV

One of a trio of residential faucets created with additive manufacturing (AKA 3D printing), Shadowbrook by DXV mimics a cascading river.

This singular design puts me in mind of the vertical banding on Art Deco buildings or the industrial chic of Streamline Moderne.

While Shadowbrook begins as “stoic” and “minimalist,” the faucet increases in complexity until giving way to its expressionistic, Cubist-esque spout.

Shadowbrook Faucet has won numerous design awards, including Best of Year and Platinum A Design Awards.
