Innovative New York-based textile designer Hiroko Takeda creates waffle weaves that are like works of art. Made using unexpected materials such as coarse jute, the traditional waffle weave becomes a complex, 3D wall sculpture.

Waffle trug and pillow by Alain Berteau for  Objekten

Designed by Belgian designer Alain Berteau for his own brand Objekten, the new Waffle rugs and pillows for Belgian brand Objekten feature a tactile honeycomb weave. Handmade from 100% wool and available in light or dark grey, the luxurious Waffle collection is made using a 3D knitting process. The collection includes one square pillow and two rectangular rugs.
