Caslon by Brad Ascalon and Mitab

Inspired by the iconic Caslon typeface (now more than 300 years old), Caslon is debuting the first week of February at the Stockholm Furniture Fair. Designed by Brad Ascalon for Swedish furniture brand Mitab, which is known for innovation and collaboration, Caslon is an upholstered contract sofa with a polished steel frame.

The Caslon Collection unites Mitab with an American design studio for the first time. Caslon also marks the first time that New York-based Brad Ascalon collaborates with a Swedish manufacturer. Brad Ascalon has designed for Ligne Roset, Holly Hunt, and Design Within Reach, to name a few.
