Last year Axor unveiled an impressive installation by Swedish designers Front called the WaterDream. This year a line of fixtures inspired by the installation were launched onto the market.Axor Shower Products designed by FrontAxor Shower Products designed by Front

Inspired by the industrial aesthetic of their 2013 WaterDream shower installation, Swedish designers Front have introduced five new shower products for Axor.

Unveiled in July last year, Front’s room-sized shower installation, featured here on 3Rings, was made up of a tangled maze of copper piping, valves, couplings and funnels. The Scandinavian simplicity of the installation has now been translated into five shower products.

Comprising a showerpipe, a shower set, an overhead shower with ceiling or wall connection and a hand shower, the pieces are based on the simple funnel and pipe network featured in the original installation.

Axor and Front are continuing to develop the concept and more additions to the range are already in the works.
