Mirror, Mirror: Lighting Trend

Modern mirrors are more than just a pretty face. New designs integrate lighting, providing soft illumination and reducing glare and shadows on the reflective surface. Here’s a look at the fairest of them all:

Rigel by Artemide: Designed by Carlotta de Bevilacqua, the lamp unit is made of chromed metal, steel, glass molded with a filigree diffuser. It is a mirror when turned off; when illuminated by touch keyboard or remote control, RGB light sources shine through the glass.
