From Italian bathroom manufacturer Neutra comes a new collection of furniture for “the living zone.” Ideal for residential and hospitality applications, the Neos Collection by Luca Martorano combines luxurious materials such as stone and wood in a sleek, contemporary design. Neos includes tables and furniture in different shapes, all characterized by a “concept focusing on surfaces, using a refined and fully‐developed language, made of planes and geometries.”
Residential Furnishings Use Stone Sheets to Play with Scale and Volume
Designer Martorano used thin stone sheets to lighten the feel of the material without compromising strength and functionality. The Neos Collection pays attention to planes and volumes, using receding edges and rounded-off corners to “minimize the volume of each single piece.” By using thin stone pieces, Martorano merged the drawers into the supporting structure, creating a refined silhouette with “geometrical rigor and minimal style.”
