New additions to Wolf-Gordon’s Metropolitan textile catalog

This month, American design company Wolf-Gordon will debut the latest additions to its Metropolitan textile catalog. The fabrics, called Rush Hour, High Rise, Wander, and Boutique, will be on show at NeoCon® East at the Baltimore Convention Center, October 17-18, 2012 in the Wolf-Gordon Booth #2615.

Rush Hour is a complex, solid-colored weave offered in 16 colorways; Highrise, a stripe with plaid intentions, offers depth and layering in 12 colorways; Wander, a collage of urban tissue from European cities, is offered in 12 colorways; and, Boutique, a new, woven interpretation of a reptile skin is available in 12 different shades. Chief Creative Officer Marybeth Shaw explains that the range "responds exactly to what hospitality and healthcare designers need now."

The collection is woven with a Bella-Dura® construction, a proprietary olefin blend with a resilience that can withstand the most demanding commercial settings. Each item is solution-dyed, bleach cleanable, and packed with silver ion technology for antimicrobial protection. The fabrics can withstand over 1,500 hours of UV light and over 50,000 double rubs on the Wyzenbeek test making them perfect for both indoor and outdoor use.
