At NeoCon 2012: Additions to Vision Collection By Kimball Office

In 2010, Kimball Office decided to revamp its line of textiles with the launch of the Vision Collection, a series of fabrics that took inspiration from fashion, interior design, and global patterns. The company also committed to refreshing its textile line every few years: and that’s why Kimball Office is presenting an additional 15 fabrics at NeoCon 2012.

PVC-Free Textiles Added to Designer Textile Collection

The new textiles illustrate Kimball Office’s commitment to sustainability. With four polyurethane fabrics that are polyvinyl chloride-free (PVC-free), the current designer options continue the original Vision Collection’s focus on environmentally friendly textiles: previous Vision fabrics include recycled polyesters, natural fabrics such as cotton and wool, and several fabrics that have Cradle-to-Cradle certification.

The new additions to Kimball Office’s Vision Collection are also hard wearing. Thirteen of the patterns are anti-microbial, and seven are bleach-cleanable, making these fabrics ideal for contract venues. And the bold colors and eye-popping patterns work well for educational markets in particular.

About the Manufacturer:  The look of a contract furnishing by Kimball Office is unmistakable. The manufacturer’s line of casegoods, desks, seating, tables, and storage and filing systems features slim styling and contemporary functionality, and often showcases vibrant colors—lime greens, shocking oranges, and sunny yellows are among the company’s favorites. If the look attracts, the utility seals the deal: Kimball offers contract furniture for all manner of work environments—“high-quality office furniture products, including executive wood desks and storage solutions; modern, collaborative workstations; contemporary cubicle systems; and a wide range of tables, filing, and seating options.”
