Playfully Smart Storage: Kube Drawer by P’kolino

While there are lots of storage options available that are designed specifically with children in mind, few actually work as well as they should. Given the little hands and big mess associated with children, kids’ storage needs to be small enough for them to handle yet sturdy enough for them not to destroy. P’kolino offers the Kube Drawer, a modular system that fulfills the needs of parents and educational markets.

Kube Drawer is a big drawer that fits inside the Kube Storage modular storage system. What’s special about this drawer is that it’s large and easy to move, thanks to its industrial casters. At 16 in. (40.64 cm) W x 16 in. (40.64 cm) L x 16 in. (40.64 cm) H, the drawers fit lots of stuff—and children are keen on stuff. From books to stuffed animals, action figures to dolls, even sticks and boxes, all these items fit into the generously sized Kube Drawer. The drawer comes with the Kube Frame, and the frame has an ingenious locking mechanism that allows you to connect Kubes by fitting them together with foam dots that fit into the top and sides of them—so kids can also learn a thing or two about shapes.

Kube Drawer adds a dash of color too. Available in blue, cobalt, fuchsia, natural, orange, and white, the drawer can be used in one color or any combination to give a play room or school house that extra bit of fun. Note of interest: fuchsia is available through the P’kolino website exclusively. Constructed of composite wood with bass wood lamination, Kube Drawer meets or exceeds all US and Canadian safety standards.
