Flat is the New Round
Some readers are doubtless familiar with the literary notion of “round” characters as those fictional personages with pronounced and engaging personalities—so much so that they seem more “real” than many-an-actual person. Deque’s unorthodox silhouette deeds it this same sense of vibrant palpability. The faucet has character in spades, in other words. This charisma begins with its low slung profile, moves on to its intriguing projecting spout, takes a detour to dally in the quirky spherical appendage of its single knob operation, dazzles within the shiny chrome of its finish, and lastly luxuriates beneath the gently arcing patter of its rainwater style delivery.
As with the earlier Elements Collection, Deque articulates a feast for the senses—a cornucopia of stimulation for sight, sound, and touch that duplicates the bliss of the spa within arm’s reach.
