We are a people of facts. Made from 111 recycled soda bottles, the 111 Navy chair is a partnership with Coca Cola which raises awareness and provides a tangible measure of its impact on the environment.

Following Emeco’s lead is Loll Designs with the development of the 405 Chaise. The people of Loll have a sense of humor about their recycled pool-side lounge chair, which is made from 960 recycled milk jugs, not 405. So whats the deal with 405? According to Loll Design, “Nobody likes sitting on the freeway but most everyone likes sitting by the pool. We thought naming the new Loll Chaise after the busiest freeway in the USA was appropriate; now you can skip work and tell everyone you are stuck on The 405 without lying.” Not only is it a clever, humorous name, its also my personal favorite form of misrepresenting the truth.

The 405 Chaise Lounge is a highly adaptable piece of furniture. It comes in seven colors and has a movable back rest with 5 settings ranging from flat to the perfect reading incline.
