Maison Ventury Paris Launches the Millesime Special Series Carat Line

Luxury in its most ostentatious form: exclusive, pricey and gold. Maison Ventury Paris’ Divine Collection Millesime Line “takes inspiration from the poise and glamour of Parisian chic”. Each chair is hand-tailored in France by skilled craftsman using state-of-the-art tools. Through the premium bespoke engraving service, each chair is numbered and personalized with the name of the owner or its own brand. Bling, glamour – whatever you call it, these flashy lounge chairs won’t go unnoticed.

Carat Line. Designed by Maison Ventury Paris.

Creator of exclusive luxury furniture and accessories, Maison Ventury Paris was founded in 2009 by Emmanuel Touraine (former Elite Model Agency partner and Ventury Group’s founder) and Vincent Cadena (designer) and is a division of their larger Ventury Group (consisting of Real Estate, Gaming and Fashion). Within Maison Ventury, the Millesime line is positioned at the top: the most exclusive, and of course, the most expensive. Each piece is produced in a very limited quantity, one time only. The 24 carat gold plated & crystals edition is only available via special order only – probably as a result of its €69,500 price tag. The Golden colored limited edition is comparatively cheap – priced at a mere €8,690. If neither is exactly what you’re looking for, there’s also the option to customize your own furniture pieces by selecting the materials and patterns desired. Maison Ventury Paris is taking luxury furniture to a whole new level.

Their philosophy is simple: “Design should pay homage to the past, while embracing the future. It should take on a new sensibility, a bold approach – it should rock tradition.” Smooth sinuous curves, luxurious tufting, lots of bling: the Special Series Carat Collection seems to fit the bill. Furthermore, “all creations are cruelty-free, with modern and resistant pleather, alcantara, ultrasuede, kostin and vegan leather to choose from, along with mosaics, metals, gold, carbon, crystals…”

Allegedly, the waiting list for a Divine (in the Millesime Line) is over three months long – and the first chairs in the series have already been sold to customers in Moscow, Doha and Beijing. Supposedly, as a result of the recession, ostentatious spending went out of style. Perhaps that’s why each chair is delivered to the buyer personally using a White Glove Service, in a specially designed packaging??
