Bridges Cabinets are presented by BD, a design company founded in Barcelona in 1972 to encourage young designers to realize the potential of design and to reflect the diversity of this world.

Part of the Interzone Collection at Salone del Mobile, Bridges was created by the Belgian design duo Fien Muller and Hannes Van Severen, known as Muller Van Severen.

The Bridges Cabinets’ shiny colors and diverse shapes are reminiscent of blocks children play with. They draw the interest of the viewer from top to bottom as heights differ and bottoms offer a variety of shapes. The cabinets, like sets of blocks, are flexible and allow for movement to create different, interesting patterns. Whether used as office components, home work spaces, or children’s storage, they add a sense of fun and lightheartedness to the environment—as well as practical storage.
