At NeoCon 2021: Rising Signs by Interface

Interface offers a motif of connection with their Rising Signs line of carpet tiles, coming soon to NeoCon 2021.

Comprised of eight styles, Rising Signs uses a design palette of geometric shapes, referencing both urban forms and those found in nature, as well as the way these interact—like a weathered stone staircase entering a garden.

Play the Angle (above) and Upward Bound (below) layer lines and different color gradients to evoke inorganic architecture, “the fire escapes and majestic tension bridges that connect us to one another and to the airy outdoors.”

The play of light and dark, straight and angular extends into the biophilic offerings. Up at Dawn, for instance, incorporates subtle variants of similar colors to create a mottled effect, in this case evoking the emergence of first light and the way it subtly transforms into day.
