Antigua Table in a Luxurious Office

Caffe Latte’s Antigua Table is inspired by a mountain range outside of Guatemala’s Antigua City, scenic home of much of the world’s tastiest coffee beans.

You can definitely see the resemblance, especially if you imagine mountains recapitulated in cubist fashion as elemental shapes and foundational colors.

The table’s materials reflect its imaginative origins: a walnut frame and carrara marble top offer an earthy palette, further reinforcing the mountain theme.

Of course the differing heights and three-piece construction also contribute to the table’s singularity. And the closed structure enables easy storage. Antigua thus does double duty as bookcase/casegoods.

Antigua transcends segment and category. It can be used in both residential and commercial settings. In fact, designer Sergio Caparelli recently chose it as the centerpiece for his office/sitting room in the top floor suite of a luxury hotel, where it complements other Caffe Latte pieces like the Colombia Armchair.
