Inbani’s Grate collection is one of the winners of Archiproducts 2020 Bathroom Design Awards.

The collection, from Norm Architects, explores the aesthetic potential of linearity with a design of protruding lines arranged in a grate motif.

The theme manifests mostly on the fronts of vanities, but also on basin bowls—with a clever grate detail that provides visual interest as water flows on top of it and down beneath.

According to the designers, the look references a classic form of historical architecture: “The aim of the collection is to implement this linear element in furniture design and recreate a fraction of this feeling on a smaller scale.”
