This latest iteration in the company’s benching line, Generation 50 offers a slick and solid look, blending modern lines and traditional wood craftsmanship.

Designer Robert Chipman characterizes the line as both an homage and an evolution: “It respects the design, culture, and craft at the heart of the company while taking advantage of new technologies and manufacturing expertise.”

The collection is also tremendously versatile: with backs and without; with or without arms; and traditional, cantilevered, or wall-mounted styles. Available materials include Ipe, Jarrah, and a variety of domestically sourced woods including thermally modified ash. Bases are cast aluminum with a powdercoat finish.
