Inspired by eastern design sensibilities, the Ukiyo-e is a new bathroom concept by Italian ceramics brand Olympia Ceramica.

The Ukiyo-e by Olympia Ceramica is a modular bathroom that can be customized to suit a variety of spaces.

Ukiyo-e is originally a Buddhist term meaning “floating world,” which is reflected in the bathroom’s serene and linear design.

The centerpiece of the bathroom is a deep, circular ceramic basin with an accompanying tray, which rests on top of a wooden freestanding vanity unit or wall mounted shelf. A matching wooden wall mounted mirror features a series of hooks for hanging the Ukiyo-e accessories including a hand mirror, a toothbrush holder, and a soap tray.

The ceramic basin, matching tray and hanging accessories are available in calming shades of white, matte white, grey, or soft green.
