Designed by Italian designer Angeletti Ruzza Design for Milan-based lighting brand Omikron, the Viiva wall lamp incorporates a handy shelf into its elegant design.

Flexible, functional and unobtrusive, Angeletti Ruzza Design's Viiva lamp for Omikron functions as a lamp and a shelf for toiletries.

Available in two sizes, the linear Viiva lamp is designed to be installed across or next to bathroom mirrors of various shapes and sizes, and can be mounted in a symmetrical or off-centre position. Two LED sources, for both direct and indirect lighting, are mounted below the shelf, casting a clear and even light below.

About the manufacturer: Omikron Design is a Milan-based lighting company that produces minimal stainless steel lighting fixtures.Founded in 2001, the brand has worked with iconic designers such as Vico Magistretti, Andrea Branzi, Roberto Menghi, Piero Castiglioni and Carlo Forcolini, to create an impressive portfolio of lighting designs that are all designed and made in Italy. Last year, Omikron signed an agreement with Poltrona Frau Group for the acquisition of its majority stake in Nemo, the lighting division of Cassina. Omikron Design acquired 51% of Nemo Design srl into which the Nemo operations were transferred.
