Rohl’s Wave Collection of Faucets for the Basin, Shower and Bath

Manufacturer Rohl’s endeavor to create “authentic luxury for kitchen and bath” is manifest in the Wave line of bathroom faucets and matching handles. Wave—designed for Rohl by Nevio Tellatin—bears the unmistakable profile of that particular phenomenon of nature. The several faucets in the line each resemble a wave at the apex, right before it comes crashing down upon itself into a million little pieces of churning white foam.

One conjectures, however, that the water exiting Wave will run clear and clean—quite the opposite of the spumy turbulence of its namesake. In fact, the smooth functionality of the Wave line is well nigh guaranteed, as designer Tellatin—lead designer of the Italian firm Cisal—is something of an authority on the matter: “Cisal, centered in Alzo, the ‘Village of the Faucets,’ has long been known for their chic Italian designs.”

Wave is certainly chic—stylish and sensuous are other adjectives that come to mind. Available in three hole and single lever designs, Wave offers its sumptuous synchrony of elegant curves and clean lines in multiple incarnations: basin faucets, tub fillers, and a thermostatic shower panel with both bodysprays and a handshower.

Each of these is unique in their own right, while yet offering the distinctive curvaceous profile that makes the Wave Collection one of a kind. All wave faucets feature ceramic cartridges and all-brass construction. Finish options include satin nickel and polished chrome.

About the Manufacturer: Manufacturer Rohl would like you to “relax in opulence.” A family enterprise with 30 years in the business, Rohl earned its K&B chops when founder Ken Rohl devised a singular innovation: “the first to identify a unique opportunity for a new product: the pull-out kitchen faucet. This design concept has changed the U.S. kitchen faucet business forever.” Evolving from those auspicious beginnings, Rohl is presently one of the world’s foremost manufacturers of fine kitchen and bathroom faucets. The company routinely partners with premier designers from Western Europe to create a “wide range of exceptional quality.”
